Beneath October’s waxing moon, we’ll gather for healing, connection, and a cause that touches so many lives.

This slow, soulful somatic yoga flow supports B4BC’s #BeHealthyGetActive campaign. Through gentle movement, breath, and deep rest, this non-heated, all-levels class will help release tension, calm the nervous system, and leave participants feeling more grounded and restored.

Participants are invited to dress in pink, wear a movement-friendly Halloween costume, or add a little pink magic to any look. Think mystical, playful, celestial, or witchy—or simply come as you are.
